Extremely slow burning and takes a while to get going, but it's ideal for early starts when you really don't want anything too challenging. It's gradual, airy build is designed by the Chemical Brothers to soften the post-after-party come-down, as the sun rises, and revellers decide it's time to go home, though the track is equally useful to golfers at a similar time of morning.
Best Listend To : in a car with a decent stereo turned up, on a clear morning, with an open motorway, and an On the Run coffee between your thighs.


Love is Noise The Verve
Granted, it hasn't been 1995 for at least a couple of years, but in the right time and place, it's hard to beat the better parts of The Verve's repetoire. Weeks after it's release, the strut and soul of this song stole the weekend at Oxegen 2008. Good to get you in the mood.
Best Listened To: negotiating a bend on two wheels, 5 minutes after you were supposed to be on the tee.


When We Were Young Whipping Boy
A true Irish indie anthem, custom made for driving on sunny days, thankfully not overplayed and still fresh, in it's own grubby way.
Best Listened To : ducking out of work for a midweek Open Singles.


All My Friends LCD Sound System
Not a million miles away from Surface to Air, though it gets to the point a little sooner. All My Friends chugs along with incredible simplicity, yet can keep your head nodding for seven and a half minutes.
Best Listened To : whilst taking the wrong turn off the Red Cow roundabout.
